Most developers stop at the visuals. I go deeper. By prioritizing accessibility, proper licensing, and a clean class structure, I ensure your site doesn't just look good — it performs flawlessly and avoids technical debt down the road.

I focus on the details most developers skip — that’s why you get more than just a website:

EU accessibility & compliance

No legal risks (fonts, licensing)

Performance & clean structure

Scalability and long-term stability

Ease of maintenance for non-technical users

There’s more to a website than design, and I take care of all of it.

  • Business goals & context analysis
  • UX structure and content logic

Huge thanks to Ihor, he did a fantastic job on our website. Clean design, smooth process, awesome result! Highly recommend!

Emanuel Tsiris

Founding Head of Growth & GTM at Optimal AI

We worked with Ihor on the website re-design and migration project. I’ve worked with a lot of web-developers in the past and Ihor is the best one! I will be keeping him close for the future.

I’ve been working with Ihor on the website re-build project. Ihor is very easy to work with, he is a good communicator. He didn’t just follow instructions, he thought about how users will feel it. He translated ideas very quickly, so the concepts turned into real pages very quickly.

01

Project discussion call

A short call to understand the project, goals, constraints, and expectations on both sides.
This is where we decide whether we’re a good fit.

  • Project goals clarified
  • Scope discussed
  • Technical questions answered
  • Webflow-related nuances covered
  • Process and stages explained

02

Scope definition & agreement

I define the exact scope of work, timeline, and deliverables.
Everything is fixed in a written agreement before the project starts.

  • Clear scope of work
  • Fixed price
  • Defined timeline and milestones
  • Written agreement in place

03

Project kickoff

The project starts after a 50% prepayment.
Once the payment is received, you get access to a dedicated workspace to track progress, tasks, and stages.

  • Project officially started
  • Prepayment received
  • Access to project tracking system
  • Clear next steps

04

UX & structure

I start with UX — structure before visuals.
This stage defines page logic, hierarchy, and real content drafts, block by block.
We do not move forward without approval.

  • Approved site structure
  • Clear page logic
  • Validated content flow
  • UX decisions fixed

05

UI design

Visual design starts only after UX approval.
I align moodboard and references first, then design key sections, followed by full pages.

  • Approved visual direction
  • Final UI design
  • Design system ready for development

06

Webflow development

Development starts only after the UI is fully approved.
I build websites with a scalable structure, components, and CMS, following best practices.

  • Pixel-perfect implementation
  • Clean, semantic structure
  • Fully responsive layouts
  • Scalable Webflow setup

07

Setup & SEO

Once development is finished, I handle technical setup and SEO basics to prepare the site for launch.
Everything is tested and polished before handover.

  • Performance optimized
  • SEO fundamentals configured
  • Final quality checks completed

08

Training & handover

You get full access to the website along with video instructions on how to manage and edit it. I also help with domain connection and explain how the site can grow further.

  • Website ownership transferred
  • Domain connected
  • Client trained to manage the site
  • Launch-ready website

09

Post-project support

After launch, I stay available for support, fixes, and guidance if needed.
This can include improvements, updates, or advice for the next steps.

  • Ongoing support available
  • Long-term website stability
  • Clear path for future development

Still have questions? No worries, let’s make it clear

Do you work alone or with a team?

I create all of my projects solo. Over the years, I’ve built a wide range of skills, so there are no tasks I can’t handle myself. With the help of AI and my experience, I can build websites literally from scratch — even if you don’t have prepared copy or visuals.

Can you redesign an existing website?

Yes, this is a very common request. I can redesign your website from scratch and rebuild it using the right approach in Webflow. If your site is currently built on another platform (WordPress, Framer, Wix, etc.), I can also handle a smooth migration without losing content, data, or SEO positions.

What is the typical timeline for a website?

It depends on the scope of the project. One-page websites can be ready within a week after the kickoff. Small websites (up to 5 pages) usually take around 4–5 weeks. Larger projects can take up to 8 weeks or more, depending on complexity and requirements. All timelines are discussed during the kickoff call.

How much does a website cost?

One-page websites start at $2,000. Small websites (up to 5 pages) start at $3,500. Bigger projects start from $8,000. The final price depends on the scope and requirements. After the kickoff call, I provide a clear, final estimate.

What is the payment structure?

For one-page projects, payment is made 100% upfront. For larger websites, the structure is usually 50% before the start and 50% after completion. For more complex projects, payments can be split into a 40%–30%–30% structure.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. After launch, I stay available for support for at least 14 days. During this time, I help you understand how the website works and how to manage it, so you feel confident handling it on your own. You can always rely on clear answers and quick assistance.

Do you use AI in your work?

Yes. I actively use AI across different parts of my workflow — from content and copy to development support. I also use AI to write clean, efficient JavaScript and code snippets when appropriate. The result is often cleaner and more reliable than many hand-written examples.

Will the website be optimized for SEO?

Yes. I pay close attention to SEO fundamentals that are often overlooked — structure, page speed, semantics, optimizations, tags, and more. After proper long-term indexing, your website will be well-positioned for search engines. If you’re migrating or redesigning an existing site, current SEO positions will be preserved.

Will it look good on mobile devices?

Absolutely. The website is optimized for all screen sizes — from large desktop displays to laptops, tablets, phones, and even smaller devices like watches where applicable.

How many projects are you working on at the same time?

I limit the number of active projects to maintain focus and quality. Usually, I work on 1 project at a time, and never more than 2 per month. If I don’t currently have capacity, you can book a future slot.

What does “booking the slot” mean?

If I can’t start your project immediately but you want to work with me, you can reserve a future slot. I give you the date when the current project is finished and when we start with you. This usually means paying 25% of the project cost. Once the current project is finished, you pay the next 25% to complete the deposit, and we begin the work.

How can I track the progress of the project?

Once the project starts, you get access to a dedicated workspace where you can see all stages, tasks, and progress in real time. You’ll always know what stage the project is at and what’s happening next.
