Welcome to ihor.me (the "Website"). This Website is owned and operated by PE Ihor Ivanchenko ("I," "me," or "my").

I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting the personal information you share with me. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you visit the Website or contact me, how I use it, and your rights regarding your data.

In short: the Website has no forms, no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. I only receive personal information when you choose to contact me.

Information you send me

When you contact me by email, Telegram or WhatsApp, or book a call through Cal.com, I receive the information you choose to share. This usually includes:

• Project detailsAnything you tell me about your company, your project, its timeline or budget.

Technical information

The Website is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the Website from attacks and abuse, Cloudflare processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request.

I do not use analytics tools (like Google Analytics), advertising trackers, social media pixels or embedded third-party content. Fonts, images and videos are all served from the Website itself, so visiting it does not send your data to other services.

I use the information you send me solely for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiries and discuss potential collaboration.
• To schedule and hold calls you book with me.
• To prepare proposals and provide the services you requested.
• To keep the business and accounting records I am required to keep by law.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and I do not use it for advertising.

To operate this Website and communicate with you, I rely on the following service providers. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• CloudflareHosts and delivers the Website and protects it from abuse. Read Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Cal.comUsed when you book a call. Information you enter there is governed by Cal.com's Privacy Policy.
• Email and messengersIf you write to me by email, Telegram or WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by those providers under their own policies.

The Website also links to other websites, such as client projects and AI assistants (the "Ask AI about me" links, which open the assistant with a pre-filled question). Nothing is sent to those services until you click a link, and once you do, their own privacy policies apply.

The Website does not set any cookies of its own and does not store anything in your browser. There are no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.

If Cloudflare detects suspicious or automated traffic, it may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people and bots apart. This cookie is used only to protect the Website and does not track you across other websites.

I keep our correspondence for as long as it is needed to answer your inquiry or to carry out and support our project. Contracts, invoices and related records are kept for as long as the law requires. Technical data processed by Cloudflare is retained according to Cloudflare's own policies.
